docs(eras): WP-1 CLOSED — pack-shape test already exists and passes, zero code changes

Increment 11. The pack-shape regression test finding #1 called for already exists
on main (src/ts/tests/pack_shape.spec.ts, added ~5.143.x with #1's fix): it walks
every exports/bin/main/module/browser/types target and asserts each is in
`npm pack --dry-run --json`, skipIf unbuilt, 120s AV-scan timeout.

Verified passing on the built main worktree (ran, not skipped: 1 passed, 5.7s).
Both WP-1 done-when conditions (verdict table + pack-shape test exists and passes)
are met, so WP-1 is done with zero code changes and no 5.158.x patch.

Next 5.x code packet is WP-6 (dragon phase A), the first that will produce a
shippable change.
