* Fix ADES parsing on XML.jl 0.4 and widen XML compat to 0.3, 0.4

XML.jl 0.4 preserves inter-element whitespace as Text nodes and removed
LazyNode iteration; parse_optical_ades relied on both (node[2] as the
<ades> element, unfiltered children iteration, first(::LazyNode)) and
silently returns 0 observations on 0.4. Locate the root and the
observation entries by node type, filter per-observation children to
elements, and read leaf values through children() — identical results
on 0.3.9 (verified on test/data/433.xml, 17020 observations, identical
extracted data) and now on 0.4.0.
