fix(typechecker): resolve Go imported package selectors

When a qualified identifier such as os.Args is not found in Forst scope,
look up the symbol in the imported Go package and map its Go type to Forst.
Adds lookupGoImportedPackageSelector and a regression test for len(os.Args).
