Correct the solver description in the CashFlow moduledoc (#26)

The default is a safeguarded Newton-Raphson (rtsafe), not "Newton-Raphson
with a bisection fallback" — bisection is interleaved per step, not a
separate fallback. Name the Brent alternative.
