(go/v4) Follow-up on #5458 (unreleased): `create api --ssa` now warns and continues when `groupversion_info.go` was customized and the marker cannot be injected, and the Makefile update uses the existing util helpers, failing cleanly without partial edits when the manifests target was customized.
