docs: list DNSSEC-related record RFCs added in #1089 (#1225)

#1089 added parsing/writing support for the `DS`, `DNSKEY`, `RRSIG`,
`NSEC`, `NSEC3`, `NSEC3PARAM`, and `SSHFP` record types, but the
**Supported RFCs and Proposals** list in the README wasn't updated to
include them. This adds the corresponding entries:

- RFC 4034 — `DS`, `DNSKEY`, `RRSIG`, `NSEC` (parsing/writing only; no
DNSSEC validation)
- RFC 5155 — `NSEC3`, `NSEC3PARAM`
- RFC 4255 — `SSHFP`

A matching update to the website (c-ares.github.io `index.md`) is opened
separately.
