Fix double-dash prefix bug in flag longhand and shorthand

Flag.Longhand and Flag.Shorthand must store bare names (e.g. "verbose",
"v") because carapace-spec's Flag.format() prepends "--" and "-" when
building YAML map keys. Storing prefixed values ("--verbose", "-v")
produced "----verbose" keys that carapace-spec's parseFlag regex could
not round-trip, silently dropping all flags on unmarshal. The fix
ensures marshalled YAML round-trips correctly through unmarshal. Update
AGENTS.md to reframe the gotcha as a convention to preserve, not a live
bug.
