feat: add bb_mdns_cache presence adapter (#727)

- new bb_mdns_cache component bridging bb_mdns browse hello/bye + a
  periodic mdns_query_ptr re-query worker into bb_cache AGE_OUT-policy
  entries, keyed by instance_name ("<key_prefix><instance_name>")
- pure test seam (bb_mdns_cache_build_key / bb_mdns_cache_result_valid)
  in platform/host, shared verbatim with the espidf glue
- espidf glue uses bb_timer_worker_periodic_create (dedicated task) for
  the re-query tick; no hand-rolled task/timer, no new locks
- opt-in CONFIG_BB_MDNS_CACHE_AUTOREGISTER self-starts at PRE_HTTP with a
  compiled-in default service/proto
