* chore: Use a nonce to authenticate requests to the internal server. External users using the internal server will need to pass in a secret via the environment variable CASE_CONNECTOR_TOKEN

* fix(plugins)!: Plugins names are now restricted to be node module names, preventing malicious contracts or clients of the contract server from loading arbitrary code via remote or inline URIs. Thanks to @EQSTLab for bringing this to our attention.

* chore: Update auto-generated documentation
