Blog: add explainer as new Part 2; renumber series to five

- New Part 2, 'Context is Applicative, Structure is Traversable'
  (how-traverse-and-transpose-work.org): explains Applicative (pure+apply,
  derived invoke/map/zip_with), Traversable (traverse), the structure<->
  Traversable / context<->Applicative mapping, how traverse works and
  transpose = traverse identity, and applicative-vs-monad independence --
  from scratch, McBride/Paterson and Gibbons/Oliveira as further reading.
- Renumber: adapter -> Part 3, author -> Part 4, prior-art -> Part 5;
  update all 'of four' -> 'of five' and every cross-reference.
- Adapter (Part 3): add 'An instance, not the typeclass -- and not
  necessarily for everyone': you write an instance not the typeclass;
  global registration is optional; algorithms accept an explicit or
  NTTP-pinned instance, so an adaptation can stay local.
- Regenerate GFM .md.
