Return false from equals on an incompatible key type

BoundedLocalCache/UnboundedLocalCache/async-view equals probe the
argument map and can throw ClassCastException (an incompatible key
type) or NullPointerException instead of comparing unequal.
AbstractMap has always caught both and ConcurrentHashMap now does
too (JDK-8372256); catch them in all three to match on every JDK.
