docs(era-book): items slice — v10 Portable, 16 files

Editions + version-gating (W6.93,94), the CLI/tooling verb surface
(W6.101-111: lint, format+CST, parse --json, explain, list, typegen,
inspect, grammar export, minifier, SVG contract, doc-comments), and
the portability contract packets WP10.1 (C3 grammar appendix), WP10.2
(C4 conformance vectors), WP10.3 (C5 second implementation +
differential CI). Completes the entire W6.* register (v6-v10). deps
encode the C2->C4->C5 conformance chain from dag.md.
