fix: clarify the auto-follow settings

The idle-timeout picker reads "60 sec idle" instead of a bare "60s". The "Don't auto-follow away from a running session" toggle becomes the forward-reading "Auto-follow away from a running session" (inverted binding; stored autoFollowStayOnActive semantics and default behavior unchanged), and it greys out with a hint when auto-follow is Disabled, matching the blur setting.
