chore: update env vars and tests for Keycloak 26

Keycloak 26 has deprecated the KEYCLOAK_ADMIN and
KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_PASSWORD environment variables in favor of
KC_BOOTSTRAP_ADMIN_USERNAME and KC_BOOTSTRAP_ADMIN_PASSWORD.

If you use this package with Keycloak 26, the logs will contain:

KC-SERVICES0110: Environment variable 'KEYCLOAK_ADMIN' is deprecated,
use 'KC_BOOTSTRAP_ADMIN_USERNAME' instead
KC-SERVICES0110: Environment variable 'KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_PASSWORD' is
deprecated, use 'KC_BOOTSTRAP_ADMIN_PASSWORD' instead

In preparation for the eventual removal of KEYCLOAK_ADMIN_PASSWORD and
KEYCLOAK_ADMIN, possibly in Keycloak 27, this adds the new variables in
addition to the old variables.

I also considered adding new options, such as
WithBootstrapAdminPassword, but that seemed unnecessary. This will still
keep the warnings in the logs but seems like the best choice for in
regard to version compatibility for now.
