docs: refresh Phase 5 — h2load bench measured, drop stale zrk

The h2 benchmark landed (bench/h2.sh), so Phase 5's "bench pending / zrk
can't drive it" claims are stale. Updates, implemented slices left intact:

- Trim the dead sentence off the Simulator coverage paragraph.
- Add a Measured record: ~35us -m1 hop, ~92% of native nginx-h2 at -m16,
  and the accept-imbalance finding (reuseport sheds under h2's few-hot-
  connections shape; accept_mode=shared fixes it — -m32 A/B 8/6/3 shed 78k
  vs 9/8/8 shed none).
- Unwrap the run-on "Later slices" paragraph into bullets, dropping the
  now-done zrk measurement-gate item.

No remaining zrk mentions in the doc.
