feat: Add --open-location and --auto-close GUI post-convert flags

Two GUI-only CLI flags (no new checkboxes) wired through the seeded
file-association launch path:

- --open-location reveals each exported file in the system file manager
  after it finishes, regardless of the saved "Open after convert" setting.
- --auto-close closes the window once every queued file finishes
  successfully; it stays open on error/abort so the log can be read.

Both parse as harmless no-ops in plain CLI runs and flow through
_gui_settings_from_namespace into cli_settings. Covers the local and
remote success paths, adds unit tests for the seeding and auto-close
seams, and documents the flags in the README shortcut section.
