Map kong hidden flags and xor groups to carapace-spec

Pass kong's flag.Hidden through to command.Flag.Hidden so hidden
flags get the & modifier in the spec YAML and don't surface in
completion listings. Collect flags sharing a kong xor group and
emit them as cmd.ExclusiveFlags so carapace-spec enforces mutual
exclusion at completion time. Groups with only a single flag are
skipped. Update AGENTS.md to document both mappings.
