* Update related inbox_person records when assigning or merging WCA IDs

* Replace inbox_person updates with direct result records updates during user WCA ID assignment

* Fixes

* Remove whitespace

* Sync user profile changes to associated newcomer results via after_update callback

* Filter newcomer results for stuff that can be cast to int

* Remove redundant registration lookup in update_newcomer_results

* Cleanup

* Move newcomer result synchronization logic from model callback to users controller
