fix(pkg): drop remappings.txt from npm tarball

The shipped remappings.txt pointed @openzeppelin/=lib/openzeppelin-contracts/,
a Foundry-only path that doesn't exist inside the npm tarball. Hardhat 3
respects nested remappings.txt and would 404 on OZ imports as a result.
Foundry consumers write their own remappings; the shipped file was
never useful downstream.
