chore: drop prettier, standardize on forge fmt

- Remove prettier + prettier-plugin-solidity from devDependencies and configs.
- Configure forge fmt to match prior prettier settings (120 line width, 4-space indent, bracket spacing) and drop the CI prettier step.
- Use end-of-line `// forgefmt: disable-line` pragma for the one-line unchecked block; standalone `disable-next-line` is non-idempotent under forge fmt.
