Merge master into feature/benchmark-coverage-gaps

Resolve two benchmark-file conflicts from PR #195's RNG precise-default
flip (NewSobol / PseudoRandom_::New now default precise=true).

- rng_perf.cpp: keep both the Sobol fast/precise split (master #195) and
  the BrownianBridge / MRG32k3a / ShuffledIRN cases (#194 G5/G6). Pin the
  three generator-variant cases to precise=false so they isolate
  generator-specific overhead against the Sobol fast baseline rather than
  re-measuring the common inverse-CDF cost already covered by the Sobol
  fast/precise pair.
- matrix_perf.cpp: take #194's Dal::Matrix rewrite (G8 phantom fix) and
  pin the setup-only NewSobol seeding call to precise=false so the
  matrix-multiply timing is not polluted by inverse-CDF cost (the intent
  #195 had for this file).

script_mc_perf needs no change: its compiled-vs-not comparison controls
for RNG cost, so candidate #1's relative win is preserved under the new
default (verified: compiled=true still ~30% faster than compiled=false).
