Pass the caller's key to remap's remapping function

BoundedLocalCache.remap's update branch handed the remapping function
the stored key instance (ctx.nodeKey), while its create branch, the
weigher, the Expiry, computeIfAbsent's mapping function, and the
unbounded/CHM impls all pass the caller's key. Align it — the caller's
instance may carry state the function depends on; the stored key is a
stale equal instance from an earlier write.
