feat: add shell auto-completion support (#146)

* feat: add shell auto-completion support

Added `--bash` and `--zsh` flags to generate completion scripts for
Bash and Zsh, and updated documentation with installation instructions.

* refactor: ignore errors from shell completion generation

Suppress potential errors during the generation of shell completion
scripts, as writing to `os.Stdout` is expected and handled by the
caller.
