fix: specific item select vs drag behaviour

Name column now distinguishes blank cell space from the icon/text hit target, with horizontal scroll, manual column width, and truncated filename width accounted for. Blank Name-column space starts rubber-band selection; icon/gap/visible filename starts item selection/drag
