Add table tests for comment-tree pagination limits

The limit/offset logic in tree.go was almost untested (limit 6.9%,
countReplies/CountLeft/LastComment 0%). Add table-driven cases over a
fixed tree covering: limit smaller than the first subtree (returned
whole), the boundary rule that excludes a subtree once a node is already
present, offset at the last node, offset not found, offset-only without
limit, and countLeft accumulation. Also cover countReplies recursion
directly. Brings all four functions to 100%.
