perf: aggregate candles in a single pass

aggregateCandles rebuilt each output bucket by rescanning the full candle
slice, making it O(buckets * candles) - a 30d dashboard (~43k candles, ~100
buckets) rescanned millions of times per render. Bucket candles by window
index in one pass over the input instead, keyed by an origin-aligned time,
then emit non-empty buckets in order.

Behaviour preserved (aggregate_test.go unchanged): same bucket boundaries,
skip-empty semantics, and partial result on context cancellation.
