feat: expose deleteElements in DiagramCanvas ref

- add deleteElements({ nodes, edges }) to the imperative ref so consumers can delete from their own buttons through React Flow
- deletion now goes through onBeforeDelete (confirmation / selective delete) and emits removes via onNodesChange/onEdgesChange, same pipeline as keyboard delete
- EditMode story deletes via the ref and confirms through onBeforeDelete
