feat: add Presets (Yes/No, True/False, Positive/Negative) to Multiple Choice Questions (#440)

* Extended the Multiple Choice Poll Type to support Presets like Yes/No etc.

* fix: small unrelated fixes
- addChoices Button layout adjusted a bit
- fixed bug of maxNumberOfChoices not being able to be set again after nil has been set

* fix: exclude LQMultiChoiceQuestionBuilder class from #testNoExcessiveNumberOfMethods test
- it's a builder class, it's natural that it will accumulate a lot of methods, so ig it's alright
