fix(activitypub): validate response body is JSON object in activitypub.get

- Add body validation after HTTP 2xx to reject non-object responses
  (e.g. HTML pages returned by remote servers that don't match the
  JSON content-type, bypassing request.js's JSON parser).
- Stale cache entries are cleaned on restart since the cache is
  in-memory.
