feat: firmware-builder analyzes with esp-idf tools regardless of build driver (#24)

- build driver (pio) and analysis toolchain (idf.py/esp-idf) are independent; run idf.py size/size-components, nm/objdump/*-size, or parse the .map against a pio build's .elf
- footprint regressions: attribute statically (size-components + old-vs-new linker-map/size diff), not via runtime per-task tracking; report the per-component delta
