Sync GUI spectrum plot coords with disc params

Previously, the lon/lat coordinates in the spectra popup/title would be inconsistent with the GUI if the disc params were adjusted after creating the spectrum popup. This update ensures that the popup title and legend labels are recalculated on each update, (i.e. after every image navigation), which should ensure that the coordinates remain in sync with the general GUI state.
