fix: update messages to use "requested collection" and keep collection name along with other parsed content - MCP-580 (#1314)

## Proposed changes
We are removing the interpolated collection name and keeping the text
generic. When necessary, the name is added to the untrusted content tag.
This is also part of the tool argument, so the agent have access to the
collection name even if we are not explicit returning it.
