fix(supabase_flutter): drop passkeys requireResidentKey workaround, bump dependency (#1521)

## Summary
- `passkeys_platform_interface` 2.8.0 fixes the `requireResidentKey`
null cast crash upstream (corbado/flutter-passkeys#254), which was the
root cause of #1496.
- Bumps the dependency from `^2.7.0` to `^2.8.0`.
- Reverts the workaround added in #1502, which is no longer needed now
that the fix lives in the plugin itself.

## Test plan
- [x] `flutter pub get` resolves `passkeys_platform_interface: 2.8.0`
- [x] `flutter analyze` clean
- [x] `flutter test` passes (57/57)
- [x] Manually verified that a registration options payload omitting
`authenticatorSelection.requireResidentKey` no longer throws a null cast
error with the new dependency version
