fix(commit): check isCommitted() before reparenting in applyPatch

When a memoized child component (via useMemo) updates its own state and
calls a parent callback, applyPatch could receive an uncommitted node
with oldNode === newNode, causing incorrect reparentChild instead of a
proper patch.
