* [Provider] Always reveal appointment details drawer from calendar

Previously, clicking on an appointment that had an encounter would
navigate you directly to the encounter page. This meant that there was
not a good way to interact with the appointment resource, such as if you
want to cancel the appointment.

Now the SchedulePage is simplified, in that selecting an appointment
always starts by revealing the appointment in the AppointmentDetails
drawer. That pane now will include a button linking to the encounter
detail page when an Encounter resource already exists.

We also do some work on the styling of the AppointmentDetails drawer and
the metadata revealed inside.

* [Provider] Double-click on appointment to jump to Encounter detail page

The common operation for practitioners looking at their schedule is to
jump into the detail view of an Encounter. In the parent commit we made
that harder by changing the single-click behavior to open the
Appointment Details drawer, which includes the link to the Encounter
detail page.

Let's add a shortcut: double-clicking on an appointment that has a
linked Encounter will now take you directly to the Encounter.

Double-clicking on an event that does not have a linked encounter will
open the Appointment Detail drawer on the first click, and the second
click will be ignored.

We also add some small hint text to the bottom of the page to improve
discoverability of this feature.

This removes a source of UI delay when it's not needed.
