Implement sync_sso and forum/ll i18n sync

Added a sync_sso method to the user which will check to see if email, id, or username
change and then sync it will discourse if it has. Tests added

Added a manage account view for people to change passwords, email, tests added

Finalized the styling of the allauth pages

Moved the editors define links to the dropdown menu so the top navmenu will always be the
same

Added a custom set_lang function. I copied the stock django function and modified it. I
tried first to subclass the LocaleMiddleware but that was done on every request, not just
when the user changed their language. Added a custom URL shortstopping the normal i18n

set lang function also checks for a url param called forum_redirect_url which it will
redirect to if present, must be set on the discourse instance.

wrote tests for set_lang

wrote a view in discourse app named get-menu. Should return rendered css and html to
discourse from an ajax get request I put in the custom html section
