Implement threaded PTY parsing, adaptive power profiling, async reaper (#77)

- Move ANSI parsing from main thread to PTY reader thread
- Replace 500ms poll with PowerSaver (3600s block)
- Add Interactive (8ms) and Streaming (16ms) tiers with output
  coalescing
- Run zombie reaper on background thread with dynamic timeout
- Add cross-chunk OSC 52 clipboard extraction
- Fix wakeup Arc duplication that prevented PTY streaming
- Extract magic constants across 8 files
