docs: update benchmark claim to the July 2026 run and fix README details

- Benchmark line: fastest in all 8 categories, ~2.1x vs the runner-up, 3.5M ops/s
  peak (matches the re-run with TypeORM 1.0, MikroORM 7.1.5, and fairness fixes)
- Drop the "smartest ORM" superlative from the tagline, keeping JSON-native
- Add the missing uuid import to the entity example
- lint-staged: pass --no-errors-on-unmatched to biome so markdown-only commits
  do not fail the pre-commit hook (biome does not process .md files)
