feat(bb_wifi): structured per-drop log event + connected-session duration (#672)

- log one bb_log_w line on every WIFI_EVENT_STA_DISCONNECTED: reason code +
  human name, disconnect rssi, ended-session duration, bssid
- add bb_wifi_disc_reason_str (pure, host-testable) mapping common esp_wifi
  reasons + the three breadboard sentinels to a name, default "reason_N"
- track s_connected_since_us on STA_CONNECTED; compute + expose
  bb_wifi_get_last_session_s() (seconds, 0 sentinel) at disconnect time
- surface last_session_s on bb_net_health_status_t, GET /api/diag/net, and
  the net.health SSE topic (schema updated in lockstep)
- observe-only: log/telemetry additions only, no new recovery-path calls
