docs(scheme): update did:cid method spec for DID Core 1.0 conformance

Bring the method spec in line with the conformant /1.0/identifiers surface:

- DID Format: drop the pre-1.0 ";"-service matrix parameter; add a DID URL
  Syntax section with the DID Core 1.0 grammar (path/query/fragment) and a
  note that the ;service form was removed in 1.0.
- DID Resolution: stop conflating resolution with dereferencing; document
  the conformant result as the triple only (didDocument,
  didResolutionMetadata, didDocumentMetadata), and add an Endpoints table
  for the Universal Resolver convention (/1.0/identifiers).
- New DID URL Dereferencing section: /data and /registration path resources
  (content-addressed), client-side fragment handling, and service/relativeRef
  noted as future additive interop.
- Revocation: update prose and the example resolution result to the
  conformant triple (data/registration are dereferenced, not inline).
