Redesign post footer engagement section

Replace the plain "What do you think of what I said?" block on blog/TIL/Eve
posts with a shared engage_footer component: refreshed copy ("Let's compare
notes"), a violet top-accent to match the card family, more reply channels
(X, per-post GitHub thread, /contact), and The Pragmatic CTO newsletter CTA.
The newsletter CTA is xl:hidden so it only shows where the sticky sidebar
card isn't (tablet/mobile), avoiding desktop duplication; pragmatic_card now
takes an :id to keep DOM ids unique across both placements.
