chore: Swt26 g16/UI replace Input Fields with plain Text where appicable (#417)

* fix: adapted Tests according to new PluggableLableSpec

* chore: adapt to ToolBuilder architectural design 

- i.e. make buildPluggableLabel: a SubclassResponsibility to MorphicToolBuilder (since ToolBuilder is an abstract class)

* fix: minor spelling fixes

* fix: adapted test & removed dead method
