fix: wrap long environment variable/secret labels instead of overflowing (#2398)

* fix: wrap long environment variable/secret labels instead of overflowing

Long names (e.g. PLAYWRIGHT_BROWSER_WEBSOCKET_ENDPOINT) previously spilled
past their label column into the adjacent value input on the registry
server install form. Allow the label to wrap and shrink below its
min-content width, and keep the info icon from being squeezed.

* fix: correct envVar label htmlFor to match input id

The environment variable row's FormLabel pointed to envVar.\${index}.value
(singular), while the value Input's id is envVars.\${index}.value (plural),
breaking the label/input association so clicking the label didn't focus
the input.
