fix: wrap long environment variable/secret labels instead of overflowing

Long names (e.g. PLAYWRIGHT_BROWSER_WEBSOCKET_ENDPOINT) previously spilled
past their label column into the adjacent value input on the registry
server install form. Allow the label to wrap and shrink below its
min-content width, and keep the info icon from being squeezed.
