test: cover signal-termination cleanup and rune-safe truncation

Extract terminateForSignal out of handleTerminationSignals so the
Close()/exit-code logic can be unit tested without going through
os.Exit. Add tests for it, for forwardResizeSignals, and for
truncateDisplay (ASCII, multi-byte, and edge-case widths), raising
internal/session coverage from 66.9% to 75.0% and confirming the
sync.Once guard on Logger.Close is idempotent end to end.
