* feat(tui): open current screen in web UI (Ctrl+W + actions-menu item)

Adds a screen-level CLI->web hand-off (first slice of the CLI<->web-UI
parity contract): a global Ctrl+W shortcut and a 'Web UI' actions-menu
item open the current TUI screen in the browser at https://datatug.app,
or at a custom origin configured via the new 'webui: origin:' setting
in ~/.datatug/.datatug.yaml. The screen->route mapping lives in one
registry (screenPathToWebPath); unmapped screens open the web UI root.
Ctrl+W is ignored while an input field has focus so text editing keeps
its delete-word binding.
