test: route /api/wifi fidelity mirror through bb_wifi_emit_section instead of hand-copy (B1-467) (#648)

- h_wifi_info now builds a bb_json_t root and calls the real production
  emitter (bb_wifi_emit_section, platform/host/bb_wifi/bb_wifi_emit.c)
  instead of hand-copying its field list
- mirrors the live-read fallback path in wifi_info_handler
  (platform/espidf/bb_wifi/bb_wifi_routes.c)
- no other fidelity mirrors in this file duplicate an existing
  host-callable production emit function; deferred (would need
  extraction, out of scope): h_info, h_ota_status, h_boot_no_panic,
  h_boot_with_panic, h_diag_panic, h_update_status, h_update_config_get,
  h_update_check, h_diag_events, h_log_level_get, h_diag_partitions,
  h_diag_net, h_wifi_patch_202, h_wifi_patch_400
