* feat: add account security tab for Magic private-key reveal

Adds a Magic-only Security tab under /account that explains private keys
and self-custody responsibilities and links out to Magic's secure reveal
page (reveal.magic.link/decentraland).

- New /account/security route (lazy, gated on isMagic via the shared
  useCanDeleteAccount hook); loader while detection resolves, and a
  "not available" notice for non-Magic logins that deep-link in
- Conditional Security nav item in the account sidebar (Magic only)
- Delete flow: Magic users are pointed to the Security tab (instead of
  Wallets) to back up their private key before deletion; thirdweb /
  self-custodial copy is unchanged
- Extract shared AccountUnavailableNotice used by both the security and
  delete "not available" states
- Add security + delete i18n keys across all 6 locales

* chore: note required Magic sign-in method in reveal description

Add a sentence to account.security.reveal_description (all 6 locales)
clarifying that users must complete sign-in on the Magic site with the
same method they used to sign in to Decentraland.
