* Convert a single route to be a Hanami slice
* Use Hanami 3, which supports zeitwerk autoloading
* Remove Rails controller, it is no longer needed
* Make sure that we use the Rails, rather than the
  Hanami, version of html_safe (see https://discourse.hanakai.org/t/rails-and-hanami-view-dont-get-along/1122)
