Update GUI image scaling

- For monochrome (i.e. non RGB) images, apply the scaling using PowerNorm rather than directly to the image data. This means that the tooltip cursor data in the bottom right of the plot window now shows useful values, rather than the scaled 0 to 100 values as before.
- Moved the gamma scaling to apply after the vmin/vmax scaling.
- Renamed previous "absolute" scaling to "relative" (this mode remains the default).
- Added a new "absolute" scaling that applies the limits directly to the data, with no adjustment.
- Synced the input boxes in the GUI popup to the GUI wavelength slider to ensure consistent state (otherwise you would get unexpected results if you open the popup, use the slider, then click OK on the popup).
- Adjusted the "sum" image mode to behave more like an average over the cube. Implemented as nansum(data)/len(data) with a mask for all nan slices. This keeps similar appearance as before (with just the added nan mask), but gives more useful values for the tooltip.
- Allowed vmin/vmax to be applied to RGB images.
